"The experience of doing business at Reiman's H-D is simply incomparable! I was looking for a used ultra classic in the spring of 2009. Wayne Holton, my salesman, had a few in stock and asked if I wanted to come up to look at them. They weren't quite what I was looking for. I felt no pressure from Wayne to make a decision that day on either of the bikes he showed me. Instead, he said that when THE right bike comes in for you, I'll call you.A couple of weeks passed and sure enough, Wayne calls with THE PERFECT BIKE! An '06 ultra with lots of chrome goodies!I had an '04 heritage for trade and Wayne didn't try to beat me down on the price. He and Dennie worked me up a fair trade and purchase price that was agreeable within 10minutes! I am a customer for life and can attest to the manner and professionalism that Dennie and Wayne conduct themselves and is to be commended, but all the while treat you as if you are family! "On September 1st, Joe Murdock found that Reiman's was to
have the new 2010 Limited Touring motorcycle delivered on Oct 15th.
I left for AZ. on October 1st, for the winter. Dennie and his workers said, "We will get the Limited in and equip it with all the accessories you wanted."
They carried out everything I wanted and also had the
motorcycle delivered to Arizona where I picked it up from
another dealer. The new motorcycle was delivered to me in
excellent condition and not a mark on it. Reiman's and the

"Reiman's is great. The people here were top of the line, we just stopped in for T-shirts and small stuff. As soon as we walked in the door an employee was walking by the door and asked if we needed any help finding anything and offered us some food since they were having a cookout that day (reason unknown for the cookout). But anyway, our visit there was GREAT. We had went to another Harley Davidson dealer in the area before this and they weren't this nice or helpful . The other dealer is very close to our house, but we will travel the extra miles to get this service again. It is well worth it. W.G."

"My name is Bob Elliott, in the year 2007 I made my first trip to Sturgis, it will be something I will never forget. On my way back to my home in Maryland, I had the misfortune of my bike breaking down at a convenience store along the interstate. I went to start my bike after refueling, "click-click", first thought was my battery. It was a Saturaday, about 3:30pm, my buddy and I went inside and were told that there was a dealership about 30 minutes from them. They looked the number up for us, and you all said to get there and you would be waiting for me..
Later found out it was my voltage regulator. Your employees stayed past quitting time to to fix the part,recharge my battery and treated me with the best service I had ever seen.
My apologies for taking so long to get this letter to you all,as we all know intentions are good but sometimes we all fall short. I am layed off at the present time and depending on finances and stc., I might be heading out again this year. If so, I am planning on stopping by to thank you all again in person. Until then, forgive me for the typed letter (my handwriting is terrible) this way all can read and understand. I have a 1994 Fatboy which is still running great. That has been the only problem I have had since owning it. Every time the conversation comes up, I tell everyone about your dealership and employees. I guarantee no foreign dealer would have done that. They would of said, "sorry,see you on Monday." I am sending a copy of this letter to the Harley Davidson Corporation also.

"Excellent dealership and the people go above and beyond. We were going to another dealer to look at a used softail and stopped in to see what Reimans had. Wayne met us and gave us advice on used bikes and told us about the dealership. We went on and when we got to the other dealer the bike was gone.They had a new 08 Heritage softail classic that we liked and after a long time we finally got a price,they really didnt care if they sold it or not. We called Wayne and told him what we were looking at and they started looking. They found a 08 Heritage softail classic exactly like we wanted within 3 minutes. We made a quick trip back and bought the bike that day. When we came to pick it up it started raining and without hesitation they loaded it up and delivered it. Everyone in the dealership gives 110%. Theres no need to go anywhere else."

"If you have never shopped there you should.
We started in Florida to buy a bike before we left, even called around southern Illinois where we live and the same thing, no one would deal. Called Dennie and saved some big bucks. Got the bike over the phone before we left Florida and added some accessories. They held it till I went up in March. Called them and said I was coming to pick it up and it was ready when I got there.
The 300 mile drive from were we live now and the saving was well worth the trip and we try to stop in everytime we go up there.

"I recently purchased a 2008 FLHTCUSE3, this bike is AWESOME.
The Upgrades from the 2000 FLHT are unreal. Excellent performance, best handling and beauty all roled into one.
I have been to 100's of Harley dealerships throughout the United States. Never in my 48 years have I experienced such satisfaction from a Harley dealership as I have with Reiman's Harley Davidson in Kewanee, IL.
I have been traveling 70 miles (one way) to come to Reiman's for service, parts and accessories for about the past 5 years. I knew that when it came time to purchase a new Harley, that Reiman's would get my business. The entire process of purchasing this new bike from Reiman's was outstanding- as I knew it would be. This dealership "rolls out the red carpet" for it's customers. What an A+ operation, definitely 10 stars.
I have recommended this dealership to many acquaintances and friends who have now become customers of Reiman's, even though it is out of there way.
Dennie Packee is honest, knowledgeable, friendly and outstanding to deal with. His entire staff is excellent.
The Reiman's staff worked very hard to locate the bike I wanted, order the accessories that I wanted added, and had the bike ready to roll when they said it would be ready. For a small town dealership they cannot be beat- such good people.
Dennie and his staff make you feel at home and treat you like a customer should always be treated- this is something quite rare in this day and age.

"Just bought a '08 Softail FXSTB. It's my first new bike and my first Harley. Reiman's was just fantastic to work with. They found EXACTLY what I wanted and had it delivered in 48 hours! Other dealerships jacked up my interest rate and added a bunch of "fees" that totaled $1100 more than Reiman's Price. Thanks Bob, Cindy, & the whole team. Look anywhere you want, but when it's time to buy, come to Reiman's!! I had a insignificant piece of plastic that was warped and the service/parts guys had it corrected before I could even gripe about it. And the walk through at delivery was very thorough, and easy to follow. They never rushed me and completely answered every question. Thumbs up to those guys as well. "I'm glad to see that you guys still have so many happy customers. It was 1997 and I was on my way back east after a month long cross country trip when my belt started falling apart somewhere in IL that was unknown to me. I asked a local resident where I could find the nearest HD dealer and I called Reimans. They had the belt in stock but were closing in an hour but would wait for me if I could make it there. I limped the bike in and they got me right in the back where I worked with Trevor helping him replace the belt drive. He stayed over 2 hours beyond closing time to get me back on the road. It was a much smaller place back then and perhaps that staff is no longer there. If they are, thanks again to Trevor, Teresa, and Shirley. I will be sure to visit again if I ever pass through central IL again."

"I was originally going to buy my first Harley at Dant's in Princeton. But I had a few questions I needed answered over the phone before I drove out there. After 5 unreturned phone calls, I gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere.
A few friends told me to try Reiman’s because they heard it was a good place, but had never bought anything there themselves. Being a girl buying my first motorcycle, I was hesitant to go by myself (my boyfriend was really sick that day), but decided to give it a shot anyways. The second I walked in the door, I saw a brand new 2007 1200 Nightster, an orange and black beauty! It was love at first sight. I immediately walked up to the salesman, Bob, and told him that was the one I wanted. He was just as excited as I was! They walked me through the sales process (being my first major purchase and all). They happily answered all my questions, showed me how to work all the controls on my motorcycle, and had me set up and ready to go pretty quick (even offered to deliver my bike to me!).
It was truly a great experience, and I’ve been out on the road now for about 2 months with my Nightster, and absolutely love it. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy a Harley to skip Princeton and Peoria, and make the drive out to Reiman’s in Kewanee. They are truly great people! Thanks so much!

"Last October 2006, my wife, our three kids and I set out to go shopping at Walmart in Kewanee, instead we ended up at Reimans and a few hours later I was riding out of the parking lot on a brand new 2007 FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic. We had been there the week before and saw it, just beautiful, chrome and white gold pearl. Dennis said he had not had it very long on the floor. I couldn't sleep that entire week thinking about that bike. I have never owned a NEW Harley, just thought that was a pipe dream, but Denny, Roy, Cindy, and all the people at Reimans made that dream come true in a few hours, all my wife and I had to do was say "We Want It". My whole experiance at Reimans was great, everybody there just makes you feel welcome and comfortable and they REALLY are very personable with you. Service has been top notch. Even on one of their busiest spring days this year they manged to fit me in for 20 minuets to install a H-D mustache highway bar I had just purchased!Tech help, parts questions, general info, all available, the staff is great and they make you feel like a ral part of the H-D family. Keith even picked my bike up in some pretty bad weather last November kinda late in the evening to take it to their storage facility for the winter, all at no cost just for buying a new bike! That is customer dedicated service and support. I go there as often as I can to buy my accessories or just to stop in and say hi and have a cup of coffee. The place is very comfortable and friendly, and I can't wait to see how it all looks when the new addition is done! Good luck Denny and the whole Reimans crew! Oh, one other thing about customer satisfaction, Cindy and Denny both really did a great job at straightening out some lost paperwork with the Illinois DMV and H-D to get me back on the road this spring and I really appreciate that. Just 3 weeks after you made your phone call Denny I had my Tag in the mail box! I will keep comming back, send my friends and some day my own kids. Thanks again everyone at Reimans."

"Our experience at Reiman's was truly a pleasure. Denny, Roy, Ken and others acceptd us immediately as friends. They made all our optional equipment possible. We wanted a specific color, backrest, luggage and luggage rack -- early the next morning, we received a call from Roy... he had located the bike and we could pick it up in three days. What a pleasure these folks are to deal with! No question where we'll go if we have opportunity to buy another bike or to recommend a dealership to a friend.
Although there are closer dealerships to our home, Reiman's came highly recommended to us as a dealership that is as interested in their customer as in their sale. We certainly found that true.

"After owning harleys since 1980. I have never owned a new one. I had a 1953 Panhead for about 18 years (my baby), and buying a used classic from a friend, and riding it for 8 years, I decided it was time for a new one. I think it is a shame that I have to travel to Kewanee to buy a bike, since I live in Peoria IL. But Denny and the crew was the greatest and it was definatly worth the experience. From the first visit I was treated exceptionally great, the price was right and I can't think of ANYTHING that a guy could complain about. I own my own buisness for the past 17 years, and they treat their customers the way I treat mine. A-1 class act. I will continue, and refer everybody to do buisness with Reimans Harley Davidson. The best experience I have had with a dealership. Everyone was great that worked there including the mechanics salespeople and the lady that came in on her day off to help me buy my new Classic, and take care of buisness.
